Cancellations, Change of Date & Refunds

We book training resources for a class based on the number of confirmed registrations received. As a business, it is not viable to run a class below a certain minimum number of participants. However, sometimes we have to run a class even in such situation due to prior commitment made to our participants and also towards booking the training facility, catering, audio-visual equipment, flight ticket, hotel room etc. Some hardware equipment may have been sent well ahead via FEDEX or other courier firm.

We have to bear the financial loss when these resources are cancelled due to cancellation of registration or change of date.

Please plan for and consider sending a substitute in case you are unable to attend the course for whatever reason. There are no charges payable for accepting a substitute anytime including on the day of the training and even when the class is in progress. Just send the person and an email to notify us.

Please note...
-$50.00 will be deducted as admin charges for a confirmed seat cancelled/date changed when notice is received more than 7 business days before the course date (excluding the course date).

-50% of the amount paid will be deducted for a confirmed seat is cancelled/ date changed when notice is received less than 7 business days before the course date (excluding the course date).

-a participant not present for the course will lose the entire amount paid.
